- Manage and lead a team of mid to senior-level developers
- Drive the product development process from conception to launch
- Conduct market research and gather user requirements

- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes
- Ensure the product meets high standards of quality and performance
What You'll Bring To Us:
- 7+ years of experience working with an agile team as a Technical Product Manager, preferably leading AI Projects or similar technical initiatives in the fintech or AI sector
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI and its applications
- Data-driven approach to product development and decision-making
- Excellent research and product-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team autonomously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
