Technical Product Manager

Transportation is central to our cost structure, customer experience, and sustainability goals. You’ll own the TMS platform lifecycle—enhancing it into a multi-modal, API-enabled, event-driven architecture fully embedded in our digital fulfillment stack. Your work will directly impact how we move products globally.

• Define and drive the TMS technical roadmap to support scalability, performance, and long-term platform evolution.

• Align with Enterprise Architecture on system design, integration patterns, and data models.

• Lead platform integration with S/4HANA, Project44, Data Lake, and other digital solutions.

• Manage the technical backlog, from configuration to performance tuning and vendor roadmap alignment.

• Coordinate with offshore/onshore delivery teams to ensure robust execution across releases.

• Own platform artifacts: architecture items, guardrails, APIs, and release documentation.

Skills 

• 6+ years of total experience in supply chain technology, product/platform ownership, or enterprise systems

• 3+ years in technical product management or platform lifecycle roles (e.g., TPM, Solution Owner, Platform Architect)

• Experience in at least one Transportation Management System (TMS):

  • Preferably BlueYonder, SAP TM, or Oracle Transportation Cloud

• Proven track record in managing API integrations, event-driven workflows, and enterprise system connectivity (ERP, visibility platforms, etc.)

• Familiarity with multi-modal transportation (FTL, LTL, ocean, parcel), ideally in a distribution or logistics-intensive industry (chemical, pharma, FMCG, automotive)

• API lifecycle management, integration architecture

• Event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka, SAP Event Mesh, Mulesoft, or equivalent)

• Cloud platforms (especially AWS, SAP BTP)

• ERP integration with S/4HANA, and supply chain visibility platforms (e.g., Project44, FourKites)

• Comfort working with technical teams, solution architects, and data engineers

• Fluent in English (required)

• Spanish or Portuguese (preferred but not mandatory)

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and global delivery teams

• Experience in technical/platform product management, preferably in TMS (BlueYonder, SAP TM, Oracle).

• Strong understanding of multi-modal transport operations and their digital enablement.

• Technical fluency in:

  • API enablement, event-driven architectures

  • Integration tools such as Kafka, SAP BTP, AWS (Lambda, SQS, API Gateway)

• Exposure to cloud-native architectures and platforms like Project44, FourKites, or similar.

• Ability to lead across architecture, infrastructure, vendors, and business stakeholders.

• Passion for the evolving logistics tech landscape—from 4PL and digital freight to real-time orchestration.

• Mindset focused on building durable, extensible platforms that support global scale.

• Master's degree or postgraduate studies in Supply Chain Management, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise IT
