  • Create and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the most valuable features and user stories, and work with stakeholders to gather requirements, refine user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
  • Break down epics into smaller, actionable user stories that can be delivered within a single sprint, and manage project scope effectively to balance stakeholder expectations, resource constraints, and project objectives.
  • Participate in release planning meetings to establish a release schedule and scope, and determine the priority of features and user stories for each release based on business value and dependencies.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the development team, product team, and stakeholders, keeping all parties informed of project progress and changes, and soliciting feedback to validate product assumptions and ensure alignment.

  • Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues when necessary, and coach team members on agile principles and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to scrum processes and ceremonies, while adapting practices to suit the team's needs, fostering collaboration and communication within the team and with external stakeholders, and tracking key agile metrics such as sprint velocity and burn-down charts.
  • Work with the development team to define acceptance criteria for user stories, verify that deliverables meet these criteria before acceptance, ensure the product meets quality standards and regulatory requirements through continuous testing and validation, and conduct user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to co-create design requirements, wireframes, and prototypes, participate in design workshops and brainstorming sessions, conduct detailed design reviews with the development team, and provide feedback and guidance on design iterations to optimize user experience and interface aesthetics.
  • Determine functional requirements and design the chosen path for Replicon Time Tracking CAPEX, including software configuration and interfaces, writing technical/functional requirements, and conducting UAT testing.
