What You'll Do Here:

As a Technical Product Manager (TPM), you will help blaze a new trail to transform the way people learn! You’ll craft strategic solutions that meet our growing market needs across our SaaS infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Know the user: Embody key personas, create their workflows, understand their needs, their goals, their decision-making process, their value drivers and their unstated intent.

Know the market: Understand the market, our competitive landscape and products that will drive growth.

Track success: Define clear measures of success and assess the business impact of released functionality by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

Make bold decisions: Define creative solutions to solve key user needs that will advance our strategy, balancing 'reusability/scale' considerations with your decisions.

Be an integrator: Regularly share vision, roadmaps, progress and dependencies with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on dependencies and risks.

Own and lead the digital delivery process: Manage, prioritize and oversee the product roadmap through Initiatives and Epics, in collaboration with UX Designers, Systems Analysts, Engineering, Architecture, QA and other TPM team members.

Experience and Skills You Will Need Here:

  • 3+ years of experience in software product management and/or product development preferably in the EdTech industry, with a track record of successful product launches

  • Experience in SaaS and back-office solutions is desired

  • Ability to lead customer discovery efforts, including conceptualizing, prototyping, testing, and iterating on solutions with customers

  • Proactive attitude and desire to embrace challenges, assume responsibility to drive hard tasks forward

  • Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with diverse cross-functional teams

  • Experience managing and facilitating communication across all levels of the organization

  • Desire to seek new opportunities, step outside of a comfort zone and take on new challenges

  • Proficiency with Agile, Continuous Integration/Development, or SDLC models

  • BA or equivalent experience. Computer Science, or business degree a plus

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
