BlueCat Infrastructure Assurance is an automation platform serving some of the largest brands on the planet. We are seeking a leadership position in product management. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing the product strategy, driving the roadmap, collecting customer feedback and delivering revenue growth for the product. You will join a dynamic environment and work cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy


Responsibilities:

● Serve as a key leader in the development of network security and DDI automation platform.

● Develop detailed technical requirements. Ability to translate from high-level product strategy to actual implementation and work closely with Engineering on execution and tracking of the roadmap delivery.

● Guide Infrastructure Assurance’s product roadmap, drive requirements for future platforms and relentlessly pursue revenue growth.

● Responsible for synthesizing customer evolving needs, market and technology trends and competitive intelligence.

● Responsible for providing thought leadership through writing technical white papers, developing training materials and collateral.

● Partner with the marketing team to execute product launches and develop GTM strategies.


Required Skills & Experience:

● Typically requires BSEE/CS combined with 5+ yrs product management experience.

● Possess understanding of networking, security and DDI architectures. Experience in building, designing and managing Enterprise networks is a plus.

● Experience working with major firewall products is a plus.

● Demonstrate industry awareness and knowledge of the competitive marketplace.

● Ability to solve problems with innovative ideas and work across a number of stakeholders effectively with demonstrated leadership skills.

● Ability to manage scope, risks and issues across multiple projects.

● Excellent written and oral skills along with superior interpersonal skills.

● Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix management environment.
