Technical Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our managed services such as Bare Metal, Kubernetes, Load Balancer or Firewall services. You will work closely with our development and R&D teams to guide product development from conception to launch.The ideal candidate should have experience working with technical products, possess a strong understanding of managed services, have a customer-centric mindset, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Employment type: Permanent, Full-time

Pay Range: €5,000–€6,500 gross per month, depending on experience and expertise

• Define and manage product roadmaps for the managed services.
• Engage with customer-facing teams to identify pain points, validate product opportunities, and translate customer needs into product priorities.
• Collaborate closely with Development and R&D teams to prioritize initiatives, make informed product trade-offs, and ensure effective delivery against product goals.
• Drive the full product lifecycle - from conception, design, and development to production and support.
• Define and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring that all stakeholders have what they need to be successful.
• Develop and maintain a business proposal that makes a compelling case for continued investment into your products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to develop product insights.
• Use AI tools as part of your day-to-day product workflow to accelerate research, analysis, requirements definition, documentation, prototyping, and other product management activities.

The above list of duties is not exhaustive. You will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated.

• Proven experience in a Product Management role.
• Ability to understand complex technical systems, APIs, infrastructure, architecture, and engineering trade-offs, and to translate them into clear product requirements and decisions.
• Experience in the B2B IT sector is a must.
• Experience in hosting, cloud infrastructure, IaaS/PaaS, networking, or a closely related technical domain.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and managed services concepts; experience with Kubernetes, networking, load balancing, firewalls, or adjacent technologies would be highly advantageous.
• Demonstrable knowledge in technology trends and applying this in the creation of product strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Engineering, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Support, and leadership teams
