This role has a strong focus on tax technology, electronic invoicing (e-Invoicing), and statutory reporting compliance across Brazil and Latin America. The Technical Product Manager III will be responsible for driving ERP and application capabilities that support indirect tax processes, fiscal reporting, regulatory compliance, and electronic document management. The position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, tax teams, compliance experts, and development teams to ensure that solutions meet evolving regulatory requirements across multiple LATAM jurisdictions while supporting business growth and operational efficiency.
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of tax processes, indirect taxation, electronic invoicing (e-Invoicing), fiscal compliance, and statutory reporting requirements across Brazil and Latin America.
Experience supporting ERP solutions in tax-sensitive environments, including integrations with tax engines, government platforms, and e-Invoicing providers.
Understanding of Brazilian fiscal processes and electronic fiscal documents (such as NF-e, NFS-e, CT-e, SPED, and other statutory reporting obligations) is highly desirable.
Experience working with multinational organizations operating across multiple LATAM jurisdictions.
Ability to translate complex tax and regulatory requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Lead initiatives related to tax compliance, electronic invoicing (e-Invoicing), electronic fiscal documents, and statutory reporting requirements across Brazil and other Latin American countries.
Collaborate with Tax, Finance, Compliance, and IT teams to define, prioritize, and implement solutions supporting fiscal and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and assess changes in tax legislation, electronic invoicing mandates, and fiscal reporting regulations across LATAM, translating business impacts into system requirements and enhancement roadmaps.
Ensure ERP and related applications support country-specific fiscal processes, including tax determination, electronic invoice generation, validation, reporting, and archiving requirements.
Partner with development teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions that comply with local tax authorities’ electronic reporting and invoicing frameworks.
Drive integration initiatives involving tax engines, e-Invoicing platforms, government clearance models, and fiscal reporting solutions.
Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting activities by ensuring data integrity, traceability, and system readiness.
Language Requirements
Portuguese (Advanced or fluent/Business Conversational Level): Required for communication with customers, stakeholders, and regulatory-related initiatives in Brazil.
Spanish (Business Conversational Level): Required for collaboration with customers and business teams across Latin America.
English (Advanced/Business Conversational Level): Required for daily interaction with global development, product, architecture, and leadership teams.
The successful candidate must be comfortable operating in a multilingual environment and effectively communicating complex business, technical, and regulatory concepts across regional and global teams.
