This role will be part of the Identity Governance and Administration product team. We are looking for an experienced and technically adept Product Manager to lead our product integrations initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to develop a roadmap and execution plan to develop an impactful, high-quality integration experience that enables our customers’ success. This role will be suitable for someone who enjoys solving technically challenging problems to deliver tangible business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior product leaders to implement the product roadmap with a focus on application integrations and connectivity with third-party platforms.
- Define clear product requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering teams in delivering high-quality solutions.
- Partner closely with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure timely, scalable, and robust delivery of features.
- Work within an agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
- Conduct product demos for internal stakeholders and customers, showcasing product capabilities and new features.
- Engage with sales, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to understand customer use cases and translate them into product requirements.
- Drive product integration initiatives by enabling seamless connectivity with applications, platforms, and services through APIs and related technologies.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from customers and internal teams to continuously improve product offerings.
- Develop and maintain clear product documentation, specifications, and training materials to support adoption and customer success.

Qualifications- 5+ years of product management/ product owner experience in application integrations or enterprise software.
- If you have strong experience in software development role and are looking for a transition to a product role, we are open to have a discussion.
- Strong experience and understanding of application integration concepts (APIs, SDKs, connectors, event-driven architectures, etc.) – mandatory.
- Proven experience collaborating with engineering teams, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable requirements.
- Hands-on experience in agile environments, including participation in related ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives).
- Comfortable delivering product demos to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strong technical background and understanding of software development practices.
- Ability to write clear and concise documentation, user stories, and specifications.
