Your role

CompuGroup Medical is building a product suite for Doctors and Therapists across Europe. Your role as Technical Product Manager is to drive components of the platform as the most scalable solution to deliver localized products for CGM target markets.

We need product managers to define, build and grow our platforms and products that solve real problems for doctors. Great products led by great product managers can make an order of magnitude of difference in the success and scalability of CompuGroup Medical and our impact on healthcare professionals.

Your responsibilities

CompuGroup Medical has strong development teams building SaaS solutions supported by deep industry knowledge. Your role will be to provide a product vision, distilled from insights into our users and markets, and work with other teams to build towards it. You'll play a key role in a culture of rapid delivery and iteration based on testing, measurement and feedback.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to build reliable, scalable systems in the Cloud and can work closely with our Engineering teams to construct and deliver on an ambitious technical vision.

  • Define the vision for the one or multiple platform components;
  • Align and adapt strategy with the VP Product;
  • Build and manage the roadmap for one or multiple components of the platforms;
  • Work with developers to design and launch new core features;
  • Actively seek out customer feedback and use it to improve our platforms and
  • plans;
  • Support other Product teams with information and expertise on the components
  • of the platforms;
  • Identify key innovations that can support our Products;
  • Lead the DevX team, responsible for CI pipelines, End-to-End tests, A/B tests;
  • Lead the FinOps initiative to manage infrastructure costs.

What we are looking for

You're a great fit for this role if:

  • You already have 5 years of experience in software product management;
  • You have a technical background (ideally computer science, software engineering, information systems);
  • You're capable of working with a team and building alignment, without formal authority;
  • You know the concepts of horizontal scaling, native resiliency, microservices, containers;
  • You are familiar with one of the 3 cloud technical giants AWS, GCP and/or Azure and its portfolio;
  • You are familiar with topics such as SLAs, Monitoring, Logs, REST APIs, CI/CD chain, etc.;
  • You are dynamic, curious and eager to learn
