Technical Product Manager - FinTech

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Product Manager to support the development, delivery, and enhancement of our wealth and asset management platform. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and project management skills to drive our product vision, manage lifecycles, and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership:

• Own assigned product areas end-to-end, defining and driving strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure products meet client expectations and industry standards.

Strategic Product Development:

• Gather, prioritize, and document technical product requirements independently for complex systems managing portfolio, trading, and financial security services.
• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to define user needs and translate them into actionable features or solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Serve as the liaison between engineering, design, and business teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Provide technical product level direction to engineering teams, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility and product goals.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Analyse product performance data and leverage financial data sets to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Define metrics for success, monitor performance, and iterate based on measurable outcomes.

Market Expertise & Research:

• Conduct in-depth research on trends in FinTech/WealthTech (e.g., portfolio, order management, trading).
• Develop competitive analyses to identify market gaps within your portfolio and differentiate Reluna's offerings.

Customer Engagement & Feedback Loops:

• Lead client workshops and product demonstrations to gather actionable feedback.
• Drive post-launch optimization based on user insights and market conditions.

Road mapping and Prioritization:

• Define and maintain detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer value, business impact, and development capacity.
• Independently manage trade-offs and put forward data to guide critical prioritization decisions.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Finance, Business, or a related field. A combination of technical and financial education is highly valued.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably within FinTech or WealthTech domains.
• Proven ability to independently manage product lifecycles from concept to delivery.
• Familiarity with financial services platforms, such as portfolio management tools, trading systems, or risk analysis platforms.

Skills:

• Strong technical background with the ability to deeply understand and communicate software development processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools).
• Experience with APIs, financial data integrations, and platforms like Salesforce, Refinitiv or Bloomberg.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
• Expertise in Agile or Scrum methodologies, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Fluency in English is essential; Russian language skills at professional working capacity are a plus

• Previous startup experience
• Demonstrated ability to “wear many hats” and take full ownership of your work
• Familiarity with advanced financial concepts, such as algorithmic trading, ESG portfolio structuring, or tax optimization strategies.
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence and Figma.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory environments in wealth management.
