Description:

The Technical Product Manager, Enterprise Applications owns product direction and delivery outcomes for a core enterprise PSA/ERP platform supporting approximately 7,000 users across ten business units. Sponsored by the COO and operating within a SOX-regulated control environment, the role requires strong executive engagement and disciplined governance. This is primarily a product role, with delivery accountability as a secondary responsibility. The Technical Product Manager owns the roadmap and backlog, translates business strategy into prioritized platform capabilities, and defines the execution plan behind delivery. The role also drives stakeholder alignment and remains accountable for whether delivered capabilities achieve the intended business outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly systematic and process-oriented, comfortable working between senior business leaders and a distributed engineering team, and able to maintain a clear product vision across ten business units with competing priorities.

We will count on you to:

  • Own and maintain the multi-quarter platform roadmap, prioritizing capability delivery based on business value, dependencies, and regulatory constraints.

  • Manage the product backlog end to end, including gathering requirements, writing and refining user stories, and continuously prioritizing work against agreed value criteria.

  • Run discovery with stakeholders across all ten business units, identify true capability gaps versus process or adoption issues, and translate findings into scoped product decisions.

  • Serve as the primary decision-maker on scope and trade-offs, partner with engineering and business leaders, and escalate only when decisions exceed role authority.

  • Build delivery plans, coordinate release readiness, support stakeholder communications, and ensure smooth execution through cutover, UAT, training, and adoption tracking.

What you need to have:

  • Minimum 8 years of combined experience in product management, delivery management, or program management in a technology environment.

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP or PSA platforms, including implementation, ownership, or major-release delivery.

  • Proven ownership of a product roadmap and backlog for a platform supporting multiple business units or geographies.

  • Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks and experience partnering with a Scrum Master or delivery lead.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.

  • Experience working in a regulated or audited control environment, with practical knowledge of change control and segregation of duties.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to produce executive-ready materials.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

What makes you stand out:

  • Functional experience with the Salesforce platform and its native application ecosystem.

  • Hands-on experience with a native Salesforce PSA platform, such as Certinia, especially in resource management, project accounting, or revenue recognition.

  • Prior experience with professional services automation processes, including resource management, time and expense, utilization reporting, and revenue recognition.

  • Experience in a professional services, consulting, or project-based operating environment.

  • Familiarity with ITIL service management concepts and internal platform support models.

  • Working fluency with AI-enabled product tools and awareness of where AI fits in an enterprise roadmap.

  • Relevant certification such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, PMP, or an ERP platform credential.
