Job Description SummaryAs a Technical Product Manager, you will lead the evolution of Cardiology Informatics and Reporting platform. Your mission is to transform cardiovascular workflows through cloud-native, AI-driven, and data-centric solutions that improve patient outcomes, streamline operations, and enable precision medicine.
You will guide new product introductions and manage the full product lifecycle—covering invasive and non-invasive imaging and workflows such as Echo,Cath Lab and Structural Heart procedures. This role combines strong commercial acumen with deep product and clinical understanding. You will collaborate with cardiologists, clinical stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, including engineering, AI specialists, and commercial teams—to deliver solutions that are scalable, intelligent, and future-proof

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and execute a forward-looking product strategy that leverages cloud, AI/ML, and advanced analytics to transform cardiovascular care delivery.

  • Identify and implement AI/ML-driven capabilities for predictive analytics, workflow automation, and clinical decision support.

  • Interact with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.

  • Works with cross-functional teams to deliver features and significant products.

  • Routinely collaborates with UX in design decisions. Conducts customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas.

  • Demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and engineering teams.

  • Owns and manages the backlog; continuously orders and prioritizes to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready.

  • Prioritizes continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.

  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to anticipate future trends in cardiovascular IT and digital health.

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of cardiovascular IT workflows

  • Strong ability to translate complex technical and clinical concepts into clear product narratives and decisions.

  • Demonstrates excelling business acumen, knows latest industry trends and is looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape.

  • Proven experience in product management for healthcare IT, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.

  • Good knowledge of interoperability with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., EPIC Cupid) and emerging standards (FHIR, HL7).

  • At least 7 years of industry experience.

  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS product delivery.

  • Experience with SaaS, AI/ML, Cloud, and database technologies

  • Understanding data security and compliance in cloud environments.

Preferred Skills & Characteristics

  • Experience in structural heart and Cath Lab workflows, including integration with hemodynamic systems.

  • Familiarity with Agentic AI, ML concepts and their application in healthcare, including predictive modeling, image analysis, and NLP

  • Experience with software development methodologies and medical device quality systems.

  • Pre-emptively sees downstream consequences and effectively tailors influencing strategy to support a positive outcome.

  • Able to verbalize what is behind decisions and downstream implications. Continuously reflecting on success and failures to improve performance and decision-making.

  • Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and SQL queries for rapid prototyping.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to translate clinical needs into digital innovations.
