Join us as a Technical Product Manager
- You’ll be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of technology products or major features that have a significant impact on the business
- This role will see you managing the product lifecycle, KPIs and risk
- You’ll gain valuable senior stakeholder exposure as well as the opportunity to hone your technical talents and leadership skills

What you'll do
In this key role, you’ll be providing technology specific guidance to key stakeholders along with owning strategic documentation relevant to the products. We’ll look to you to deliver a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and technological advancements.
You’ll also be:
- Ensuring effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Leading the product development lifecycle from concept to delivery with a high-performing engineering team
- Making data-driven decisions that improve product performance and user satisfaction
- Providing regular reporting on product performance, development progress, and market trends
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and innovation. You’ll bring an understanding of technologies such as machine learning, hardware, software with experience in software engineering.
Furthermore, you’ll need:
- Strong exposure in identifying, prioritising, and shaping AI use cases that improve customer experience, colleague productivity, operational efficiency, and risk management
- Experience in translating business requirements into clear product features, user stories, technical requirements, and success metrics
- Partner with Engineering, Data, Operations, Risk, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable and resilient AI-enabled products
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation and prioritisation through delivery, adoption, and optimisation
- Ensure AI solutions comply with governance, security, regulatory, and data management requirements
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring strategic alignment and effective delivery
