We are searching for the best talent for a Technical Product Management Lead

As the Lead Product Owner for MedTech Wizard (TranSCend), you will:

  • Define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI-enabled supply chain capabilities.

  • Translate strategic goals into detailed product requirements and prioritized backlogs.

  • Lead discovery to identify user personas, high-value use cases, and agent interactions across supply chain stakeholders.

  • Partner closely with platform engineering, data, and ML teams to design and deliver a scalable data and agent platform that supports GenAI, ML, and automation.

  • Champion best practices for data quality, governance, regulatory compliance, and secure handling of sensitive supply chain and clinical data.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive measurable outcomes and rapid, responsible experimentation.

Roadmap & execution

  • Own the product backlog for the MedTech Wizard platform and TranSCend program; define epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Prioritize features by business impact, technical feasibility, compliance risk, and ROI.

  • Coordinate sprint planning, release planning, and cross-team delivery to meet milestones.

  • Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and adoption metrics for each release.

Technical collaboration & platform design

  • Work with data engineering and platform teams to specify data integration, transformation, validation, and governance requirements.

  • Shape platform capabilities for ML/GenAI: model hosting, inference pipelines, data labeling/feedback loops, monitoring, and MLOps best practices.

  • Define agent architectures and orchestration: agent roles, conversation flows, decision logic, escalation paths, and safety guardrails.

  • Collaborate on API design, event-driven architecture, and real-time streaming where required for supply chain visibility.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$94,000 - $151,8000

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
