To accelerate this transformation, we are seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) for Resupply Data to play a key role in driving our Resupply portfolio strategy. This is a highly visible role that requires a strong technical background, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering scalable, efficient, and patient-centric resupply solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders & Users – Engage with internal and external stakeholders to deeply understand business needs, technical requirements, and market opportunities.
  • Define & Drive Product Development – Own the development lifecycle of new features and products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Bridge the Gap Between Business & Engineering – Work closely with the Resupply and Data and Insights team to translate product strategy into clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize Features & Backlog – Define and prioritize the resupply data product backlog, balancing innovation with operational needs.
  • Align Cross-Functional Teams – Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure smooth product execution and go-to-market success.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Enterprise SaaS Experience – Successfully launched a cloud-based enterprise solution at a SaaS company.
  • 3+ Years in Product Management – Experience in a market-facing product management role delivering enterprise-class cloud software.
  • Technical Acumen – Strong understanding of SaaS, APIs, DevOps/SRE, AI/ML, and automation technologies.
  • Agile Expertise – Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies and related tools such as Jira and Aha!.
  • Data-Driven Mindset – Ability to interpret and apply data insights to drive product decisions, shape resupply strategy, and improve stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong Communication & Influence – Ability to convey complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent experience in product management.
  • Travel – Willingness to travel up to 5-10% as needed.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Healthcare IT & Resupply Expertise – Experience in HME/DME resupply workflows, revenue cycle management (RCM), or healthcare data platforms
  • Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with HME/DME resupply workflows, order fulfillment, or claims processing.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Experience using data analytics, reporting, and AI/ML insights to inform product decisions, prioritize features, and enhance stakeholder communication.
  • Technical & Design Leadership – Experience managing day-to-day technical and UX/UI design decisions for complex workflows.
