Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Technical Product Lead, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking international team. Together, we work on reimagining how ISVs onboard and integrate payment services.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the ISV partner platform in the Nordics region
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and a clearly prioritized development backlog
Coordinate workstreams across frontend (portal) and backend (SCS services) teams, ensuring seamless integration
Drive feature definition for modular platform components (e.g. onboarding flows, authentication layers, partner tools)
Make high-level technical trade-offs in collaboration with architecture and tech leads (micro frontends, SCS, etc.)
Act as the central liaison between business stakeholders, partner teams, compliance, and developers
Ensure product delivery aligns with Nexi’s strategic goals, compliance standards, and partner expectations
Set the direction to your own team with trust-based leadership
Work in a hybrid working model in Helsinki Metropolitan Area

Essential Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Owner in digital/technology-driven environments
Proven experience in team leadership
Solid understanding of modern web architecture (micro frontends, APIs, modular systems)
Strong ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables and manage complex backlogs
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders in a matrixed organization
Excellent communication skills in English and a strategic, business-driven mindset
Bonus Skills:
Previous exposure to fintech or payment platforms
Familiarity with self-contained systems (SCS) architecture
Experience in partner/ISV ecosystems and onboarding flows
Understanding of compliance and security in a regulated environment
Knowledge of Agile at Scale methodologies (e.g. SAFe, LeSS)
