DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Lead the technical implementation of enhancements in accordance with customer and business stakeholder priorities. Write detailed requirements and coordinate with engineering teams and stakeholders. Partner closely with product managers and engineering leads to define delivery timelines and create and prioritize product backlog. Act as a liaison between business user and implementation team while communicating effectively with senior leadership to maintain awareness about content and feature production, project status, and any delay that may affect the outcome. Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, prioritize deliverables, and recommend alternate solutions. Develop creative software solutions, break down technical problems, and provide technical troubleshooting. Work collaboratively with Automation Engineers and UAT team to go over test strategy plans. Serve as subject matter expert (SME) with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to provide best content strategy for Chase Rewards Digital platforms. Assess tech debt as part of development backlog and manage accordingly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Technical Product Lead, Business Systems Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Technical Product Lead, Business System Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: development tools including Confluence and JIRA for software development requirements documentation and prioritization; Figma for frontend development requirements; Tableau and Adobe Analytics for customer behavioral analytics to inform enhancements to UX; authoring and publishing content for web and mobile channels; workflow management using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM); working with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure to ensure efficient delivery; agile methodologies including: prioritization, technical and project risk assessment, estimation, project timelines, and value-based change control; web and mobile technologies including: Restful APIs, cloud services, CMS, front-end frameworks, marketing automation, and analytics platforms; distributed systems and applications running on AWS platform; Spinnaker, Jules, and Jenkins for Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD); web accessibility including standards: WCAG, ADA, or Section 508; A/B testing and data-driven experimentation; developing test strategy plans including: API Testing, Microservices Testing, Test Data Mgmt., Cypress, and UiPath using Sauce Labs.
