Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for the technical performance of Reverse Vending Systems (RVS).
  • Being ambassador between customer requests related to digital integration and API solutions. Programming skills are not required but welcome.
  • Ensure service technicians meet quality standards and maintain a high skill level through training and support.
  • Manage the RVS install base, monitoring performance and reliability.
  • Define technical standards while also being hands-on with repairs and installations.
  • Collaborate within a network of technical product experts, contributing knowledge and expertise to projects across the Business Unit.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd-level technical support to technicians and customers.
  • Participate in projects that enhance the Business Unit’s success.
  • Act as a professional representative of TOMRA to customers, embodying our values and commitment to quality.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • A degree or equivalent education in electromechanics, electrical engineering, or mechatronics.
  • Strong mechanical skills for machine installations and good knowledge of electrical systems.
  • IT skills, setting up network system.
  • Experience with computer operating systems, IT networks, and MS Office applications (especially Excel).
  • Previous field service experience is an advantage.
  • Analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
  • Team leading experience is an advantage.
  • SEP G1 certification (Polish Electricians Association certification - Inspection and Operation up to 1 kV).
  • Driving license class B and willingness to travel across Poland.
  • Fluent Polish and very good English communication skills (ability to read technical documentation in English).
