CompuGroup Medical is Europe’s leading developer of IT solutions for the healthcare sector. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Architect to lead the design and technical strategy for our clinical product portfolio.

This role requires a unique blend of technical depth, product vision, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker capable of guiding complex initiatives, balancing competing priorities, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate teams across technical projects, ensuring clear priorities, timely delivery, and effectively managed timelines.

  • Solution Design: Architect innovative and scalable solutions to complex product challenges while balancing performance, security, and maintainability.

  • Strategic Planning: Maintain the product architecture roadmap to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and long-term strategy.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product management, domain experts, and engineering teams to clarify objectives and functional requirements for new or enhanced products while driving solution design and technical direction.

  • Trade-off Analysis: Make informed decisions that balance business goals, user experience, and technical feasibility.

  • Product Validation: Define and oversee product validation policies to ensure that solutions meet system-level and project-specific expectations.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and technical expertise on complex system issues while serving as a knowledge resource for current and future product capabilities.

  • Communication: Effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in coordinating technical teams and driving solution architecture.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to design systems considering performance, scalability, and security.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Experience in aligning product development with strategic business goals.

  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management, system validation, and technical governance frameworks.

If you are interested in this opportunity, we offer a gross annual salary starting at € 60.000,-. Our compensation aligns with the IT collective agreement, and we are open to discussing a competitive salary that reflects higher qualifications and experience.
