Job Description SummaryAs a Technical Product Analyst, you will be part of Healthcare Treasury, Financial Services (HFS) and AR Cash team, In this role, you will be engaged in multiple programs driving leading edge applications deployments and optimizing the existing platform.
As part of the Enterprise Applications IT, you will work closely with Functional & IT teams to enable systemic solutions to business requirements leveraging the latest technologies including AI / LLM.
As a Technical Product Analyst, you will also be tightly engaged with the multi-year Digital Core Transformation initiative including the migration to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Job Description

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and deliver IT programs with exceptional quality, on schedule, and at optimal cost to meet business objectives,

  • Ensure effective communication across businesses and functions throughout the program lifecycle,

  • Leverage advanced tools like PowerBI and Celonis to provide visibility to key performance metrics,

  • Leverage AI / LLM tools to enable process automation and improved data analytics,

  • Support product planning and execution activities and quality improvement initiatives,

  • Provide cross-functional leadership for project execution, covering concept discussions, program implementation, clinical and pilot trials, and product deployment,

  • Engage cross-functional teams to incorporate product feedback into iterative program development,

  • Interacts with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback,

  • Prioritizes continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs,

  • Strong Communicator that can present ideas in a clear & concise manner.

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math),

  • Relevant on the similar position,

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence at all levels in the organization,

  • Project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, rand communication,

  • Analytical, innovative, and business-oriented problem solver.

Business Acumen

  • Demonstrating the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems

  • Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts

  • Ability to analyze impact of technology choices,

  • Ability to articulate the value of what is most important to the business/customer to achieve outcomes.

Leadership & Personal Attributes:

  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate input from diverse stakeholders and work effectively with blended teams, including third‑party partners and customer personnel,

  • Solid change management and acceleration capabilities,

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating creativity, curiosity, and the ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels,

  • Proven analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities, including breaking down complex issues and developing clear action plans,

  • Ability to build consensus and influence IT teams and leadership.

  • Capable of clearly articulating the rationale behind decisions and understanding downstream implications.

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to evaluate information and make sound decisions.

  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating a strong “can‑do” attitude.

Pay RangeFor Poland based positions, Annual Salary Range:139,200.00PLN-191,400.00PLN

Placement within this range depends on:

  • Relevant skills and qualifications

  • Prior job-related experience

  • Internal equity considerations (alignment with colleagues in similar roles) e.t.c.
