The Technical Pricing Analyst is responsible for leading pricing-related projects, automation, and tool development to improve pricing scalability, accuracy, and efficiency. This role focuses on building and enhancing pricing tools, data models, and automated workflows using advanced analytical and technical capabilities.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, build, and maintain pricing automation using SQL, PowerQuery, Power BI, Excel, and AI-enabled tools
- Lead pricing-related projects and system enhancements
- Develop scalable pricing tools, dashboards, and analytical models
- Improve pricing data quality, structure, and accessibility
- Partner with IT, Sales Enablement, Process Optimization and Pricing leadership on pricing system design
- Reduce manual pricing effort through automation and process optimization
- Document pricing logic, tools, and processes along with team training documentation
- Support advanced analytics and proof-of-concept initiatives
- Other responsibilities, as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or related field preferred
- Advanced Excel, SQL, PowerQuery, and Power BI skills
- Experience with automation, analytics, or pricing systems
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and across functions
- Pricing domain knowledge preferred
- Natural curiosity and ability to probe into the depths of processes
- Excellent communications skills including listening and communicating with clients of all levels (verbally and written).
