Technical Partner Enablement Specialist – Pagero

Are you a technically oriented profile with the ability to manage integration projects?

As a Technical Partner Enablement Specialist, you are responsible for managing integrations with various types of partners with systems of different technical architecture. To succeed with this, you will be required to collaborate closely with the partners as well as internal stakeholders.

About The Role

In this opportunity as Technical Partner Enablement Specialist, you will:

  • Participate in technically oriented discussions/presentations with potential partners.
  • Understand and explain APIs to current and prospective Partners
  • Develop a high-level understanding for the partner needs and business model.
  • Create and follow a project plan together with the partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the technical partner implementation with the partners until the partner is onboarded.
  • Agree and document the customer onboarding routines with partners.
  • Support Partner with ongoing product enhancement & product development.
  • Ongoing work to ensure continuously improved customer onboarding and support routines.

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Technical Partner Enablement Specialist if you have the following required qualifications:

  • Educational background in areas of system integrations and/or IT Project Management and/or similar tech-oriented educational background
  • You are a driven, ambitious and independent person
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Experienced with or interested in managing software integration/implementation projects
  • You can understand the full picture, as well as dive deep into the details
  • Minimum 3 years work experience
  • Fluent English skills (speaking and writing)
  • Successfully pass an extended background check (criminal and credit).

Additional preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with REST API based integrations
  • Experience with Indirect Tax
  • Experience with e-invoice/order
