A Technical Trainee Level 2 is a mid-level foundational role. It acts as a bridge between a beginner learner and a fully qualified artisan or technician. The purpose of this role is to build practical, hands-on capabilities by applying theoretical knowledge to day-to-day operations under supervisionWHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Structured in-service P2 training
- Hands-on workplace experience at a Tiger Brands site
- Exposure to a real, fast-paced working environment
- Mentorship
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between 18 and 29 years old
- Must have completed Grade 12 or N3
- Completed S4 and P1 Training with a minimum overall average of 65%
- Have Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (minimum average of 65%)
- Have no more than 2 - 3 years’ work experience
- Have basic computer skills
- Be motivated, reliable, and willing to learn
- Live within daily commuting distance of the training/work site
