- Installation and maintenance of audio setups across our live casino studios.
- QA of Ezugi video feeds, with a focus on improving and optimizing audio settings.
- Optimization of live streams (video, audio, encoder data).
- Part of an on-call team for emergency troubleshooting.
- Strict adherence to standards set by the Technical Operations department.
- Build, installation, and setup of live studios.
- Setting up gaming tables (camera positioning/angles, connecting equipment such as PCs, scanners, microphones, lights).
- Working with tools to create custom solutions for studio improvements.
- Installation, setup, and support of video, sound, lighting, and other studio equipment.
- Installation and maintenance of cameras, lenses, filters, lights, and related equipment.

- Video / Lighting equipment

- 1+ years’ experience in installing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows OS
- experience with FortiGates and Cisco - network equipment .
- experiencing running and terminating cable, such as Cat6, Cat5 etc
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of audio equipment (through formal education or as a hobby).
- Strong research and problem-solving skills.
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team.
- Project and time management skills.
- Experience and knowledge of video streams and encoders.
- Industry experience in sports betting or iGaming/online casinos.
- Hands-on experience with technical equipment and knowledge of electrical engineering.
- Experience working with international teams.
