We’re looking for a curious, data-savvy Technical Customer Success Consultant (f/m/d) to join our Vienna office. In this role, you’ll work with both new and existing client accounts, becoming a true expert on the Adverity platform. If you have a background in digital marketing and enjoy turning complex data challenges into simple, actionable solutions for customers, this is the role for you.

This is a full-time hybrid role based at our headquarters in Vienna. We’d love to see you in the office 1–2 times a week to connect with the team.

Some of the things you’ll work on:
  • Serve as a trusted consultant and Adverity platform expert for our customers, guiding them through solution design, data setup, and feature use while building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Lead onboarding for new clients, helping them set-up data flows, reporting dashboards, and connect their datasets for smooth insights.
  • Translate complex marketing and business requirements into actionable, client-friendly solutions for clients.
  • Monitor existing client engagement and share insights to help improve both the product and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to support upsell opportunities through product demos.
  • Share and develop your knowledge by participating in regular team best-practice sessions.
We’re excited if you have:
  • 2–3 years of experience in SaaS, MarTech, or data analytics environments (e.g., media agency or tech company preferred), with exposure to client-facing projects or consulting.
  • Experience onboarding and guiding clients on software platforms, with strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • A solid grasp of marketing data and analytics (such as advanced Excel skills, KPI reporting, and/or understanding campaign performance and audience metrics).
  • Confidence in customer-facing work, including demos, onboarding, and training, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • A passion for helping clients solve business challenges using data, with excitement for our product and its impact on marketing insights.
  • Fluency in German and English is a must for this role.

If this position is filled in Vienna, the minimum yearly salary denoted for legal reasons and according to the collective agreement (IT KV) is €44,450. We offer competitive salaries depending on your qualifications and experience.
