OUR TEAM

Our Munitions teams in Benalla and Mulwala produce propellants, explosives and munitions for defence and commercial uses. With ongoing investment into research and development, we produce some of the world’s most high-performing guided weapons and explosive ordnance systems. And being at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry gives our teams constant opportunities to build on their technical expertise.

YOUR ROLE

• Coordinate tooling requirements to support production teams.

• Deliver fit‑for‑purpose tooling for operational needs.

• Manage tooling readiness and maintenance for scheduled production.

• Verify tooling accuracy against drawings and purchase orders.

• Maintain tooling records and compliance, including audits and performance checks.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Strong tooling knowledge in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Collaborative team approach with a proactive, can‑do attitude.

• Trade qualification in Toolmaking, Fitting & Turning, Mechanical Engineering or similar.

• Technical and analytical capability to assess tooling performance and resolve issues.

• Effective communication and documentation skills
