We are looking for a Technical Migration Engineer to join our growing Migration team.

As part of the team, you will help customers migrate their monitoring environments from platforms such as Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, and New Relic to Coralogix. Working closely with customers, Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Product, and Engineering, you'll learn how observability platforms work while helping customers successfully adopt Coralogix

Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer migrations from observability platforms to Coralogix.
  • Analyze existing alerts, dashboards, parsing rules, and monitoring configurations.
  • Rebuild alerts, dashboards, and parsing rules using Coralogix best practices.
  • Configure log parsing using Regex and work with logs, metrics, and queries.
  • Help automate migration tasks using scripts and AI tools.
  • Troubleshoot migration issues and work with internal teams to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with customers, TAMs, Product, and Engineering throughout the migration process.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and migration guides.
  • Continuously learn new observability technologies and Coralogix platform capabilities.
Requirements
  • BA/BSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in Technical Support, DevOps, Observability, SRE, Monitoring, or a similar technical role.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and willingness to work directly with customers.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Basic scripting experience (Python preferred).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Kubernetes is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Motivation to learn new technologies and grow in the observability domain.

Skills Required
