About Hevo
Hevo is a no-code data pipeline and intelligence platform trusted by 1,000+ companies — including DoorDash and Shopify — to move, transform, and activate their data. We’re a Series B company on a mission to make data accessible to every business, not just those with large engineering teams.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Marketing Engineer who sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and marketing. You’ll be the person who truly understands what Hevo does under the hood — and can translate that into compelling content, crisp demos, and sales-ready collateral that resonates with both technical and business audiences.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to shape how the world understands Hevo.
What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain live product demos, sandbox environments, and proof-of-concept setups that showcase Hevo’s capabilities
• Create technical content — blog posts, how-to guides, integration tutorials, comparison pages — targeted at data engineers, analytics engineers, and RevOps/data teams
• Produce video walkthroughs, webinars, and workshop materials (including our Snowflake + Hevo + AI agent workshop series)
• Develop sales enablement collateral — battlecards, one-pagers, technical FAQs, and competitive comparison guides to support displacement conversations
• Partner with the Sales Engineering team to translate common objections and technical questions into reusable assets
• Contribute to developer community presence — respond to technical questions, engage in data forums, and represent Hevo at events
• Work with the SEO and web team to ensure technical pages are accurate, optimised, and conversion-ready

What We’re Looking For
• 3–6 years of experience in a technical product marketing, developer advocacy, sales engineering, or solutions engineering role — ideally at a data infrastructure or SaaS company
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT tools, or cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Ability to write production-quality SQL and work comfortably with APIs and webhook-based integrations
• Strong written communication — you can explain a complex technical concept to a VP of Engineering and a Head of Marketing in the same document
• Experience creating demo environments, sandbox setups, or interactive product tours
• Familiarity with the modern data stack — cloud warehouses, transformation layers, BI tools — and how Hevo fits into it
• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects without hand-holding
Bonus Points
• Prior experience at a data pipeline, reverse ETL, or analytics engineering company
• You’ve built or maintained a technical blog or YouTube channel
• Comfort with Python for scripting demo data or automation

The Company
What We Do
Hevo is an Automated Unified Data Platform that helps companies understand their users and customers better. Using Hevo, companies can build a 360-degree view of their customers by combining data from multiple disparate data sources and applications including sales CRM, advertising channels, marketing tech, financial system software, and customer support products. Data and information stored in these applications are often siloed, and it's difficult for companies to get a complete view of their customers and business metrics. Hevo solves this problem for its customers.
