We're on the lookout for a friendly and proactive Technical Leader to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and leading technical projects that help us maintain our high standards and deliver exceptional products to our customers. You will be collaborating closely with different teams, solving challenges, and driving improvements – all while fostering a positive and engaging team atmosphere.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading technical projects and initiatives, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Supporting the Production Manager in ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, offering technical expertise and practical solutions.
- Mentoring and guiding colleagues to build skills and confidence within the technical team.
- Helping investigate and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Contributing to documentation, reporting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in a technical/Compliance/Quality role within the food manufacturing industry.
- A friendly and approachable leadership style with the ability to motivate and support team members.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, quality control, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to challenges.
- Good communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver consistent results.
- Knowledge of relevant technical systems and software is advantageous.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related technical discipline
- Experience in a technical management position within the food manufacturing industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication skills across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
- Proven track record of leading quality improvement projects
