- Propose value engineering solutions without compromising design intent or quality.
- Identify construction risks early and recommend mitigation measures.
- Optimize details for cost, time, and quality efficiency.
- Authority & Consultant Coordination
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities for technical approvals.
- Ensure all technical documents comply with local authority and fire/life safety requirements.
- Support authority inspections where technical input is required.
- Site Technical Support
- Provide technical guidance to site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Resolve site technical issues, RFIs, and discrepancies.
- Support quality control during execution and inspections.
- Handover & Close-Out
- Ensure technical documentation is complete for as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
- Support project handover and DLP technical issues
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering.
• +20 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong UAE experience with consultant-led, fast-track projects.
• Proven experience in high-end commercial, hospitality, retail, or residential fit-out.
