All about the role:
The R&D Technical Leader will lead architecture projects within the related business area, govern the global architecture on modularity, and support the definition of product architecture roadmap. This role involves driving and guiding the technical team, maintaining the structure and outline of different architectures, and ensuring effective communication across cultures.

Lead architecture projects within the related business area.
Drive and guide the technical team and community.
Govern product architecture on modularity at a global level.
Own and maintain the structure and outline of different architectures within the category.
Own and maintain the interfaces between all module areas.
Influence the technical team to drive for results.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration across different cultures.
Focus on innovation and consumer insights.
Manage and resolve disagreements effectively.
Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
Fit for intercultural collaboration.
Ability to adapt communication to different cultures.
Who you are:
Specific Tools and Competencies:
Strong understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and assembly principles of materials like metal sheet, plastic, cast&molded
Strong knowledge of 3D design tools.
Strong knowledge in mechanical component and system (Electronic and/or gas system) development and design.
Broad knowledge in food preparation appliances or similar industries.
Knowledge about appliance functionality and safety.
Experience in project management.
Education and Experience:
Mechanical or Electronic engineering degree.
System Engineer track of experience in equivalent sectors.
Three to five years of work experience as a Project/Technical Leader.
Languages:
English language proficiency is mandatory.
Where you’ll be:
You will be based at Hangzhou Plant in China, No. 18 Street, Qiantang District. It will be necessary to be available for national and international traveling.
