Reporting to the Controls Integration Leader, you will serve as a key technical focal point within the Controls Lifecycle Sub-system, fostering synergy between product engineering, services, and the customer to ensure seamless software delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Release Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end strategy, scheduling, and execution of MarkVIe Turbine Control Software releases.
- Technical Coordination: Provide technical oversight and cross-functional coordination for multiple concurrent software release streams.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize software demand, ensuring release content is synchronized with product roadmaps and customer requirements.
- Process Excellence: Drive continuous improvement of the release lifecycle, championing Lean initiatives to increase efficiency and speed-to-market.·
- Quality & Support: Lead complex root cause analysis and technical resolution efforts for software-related quality issues.
- Stakeholder Management: Prepare and present high-level technical reporting for internal leadership and external customers, including design reviews and project status updates.
Required Qualifications
- BSc/MSc in Engineering or a related technical field from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in Wind Turbine product development.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Controls Software development or operation.
- Proven ability to operate effectively within a multi-cultural, globally distributed team.
- Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage complex, concurrent projects.
- Strong customer focus and basic understanding of customer business outcomes.
