As a Technical Lead, you will work closely with the co-founders and the senior team to further make CodeLink an awesome environment for 80+ employees and all of the people we work with.

What You’ll DoTechnical Delivery & Architecture
  • Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
  • Provide architectural direction and make key technical decisions to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, guiding engineers across all stages.
  • Define and enforce engineering best practices (code review, unit testing, CI/CD, pair programming).
  • Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Ensure systems meet high standards for reliability, scalability, and security, especially in regulated domains.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
  • Act as the main technical representative for stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Delivery) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships through transparency and consistent delivery.
Team Growth & Development
  • Partner with Talent teams to support hiring, onboarding, and team scaling.
  • Participate in interviews and technical assessments to maintain high hiring standards.
  • Coach and mentor engineers, supporting their growth to senior and leadership levels.
  • Foster a strong engineering culture through knowledge sharing and continuous learning initiatives.

RequirementsMust Have
  • Must-Have Requirements
    • Minimum of 8 years of software development experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a management team.
    • Experience in Software Architecture and Design.
    • Full proficiency with at least one back-end framework (Node.js, Python) and one front-end framework (React.js).
    • Experience with Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Experience with Extreme Programming methodologies such as Test Driven Development, Refactoring, and Continuous Integration.
    • Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Nice to Have
    • Experience with the latest AI & ML development, such as LLM, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and vector DB, is a plus.
    • Experience in secure systems, coding practices & related tools.
    • Experience in pre-sales client prospecting is a plus.

Skills Required

  • Minimum of 8 years of software development experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in management
