At TBC Uzbekistan, you will work on one of the most advanced digital banking applications, collaborating with an international team and following best practices inspired by industry leaders like Martin Fowler and Thoughtworks. We rely on modern architectures and technologies, including Microservices, .NET 5.0+, Elasticsearch, Redis, AWS, RabbitMQ, and Kafka, to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
Primary Focus:
- 5+ years of experience as a C# developer
- 1+ year of experience leading a team
- Experience with .NET Core and WebAPI
- Strong database skills (MsSQL or PostgreSQL)
- Exposure to mobile banking or financial technology platforms
- Fluency in English and Russian
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of fintech systems, including payment processing, card management, and transaction security
- Experience integrating with payment gateways, processing centers, and card networks
- Familiarity with PCI-DSS and other financial security standards
