Job Description The purpose of this role is to oversee the development of our database marketing solutions, using database technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server/Azure, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery.  The role will be involved in design, development, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
The role involves upgrading, enhancing, and optimizing the technical solution. It involves continuous integration and continuous deployment of various requirements changes in the business logic implementation. Interactions with internal stakeholders and/or clients to explain technology solutions and a clear understanding of client’s business requirements through which to guide optimal design/solution to meet their needs.
The ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences is key.

Must have skills

1.Demonstrated expertise in cloud computing, particularly with platforms like AWS, Azure (preferred), or GCP.
2.Strong understanding and practical knowledge of data warehousing, data marts, data modeling, data structures, databases, and data ingestion and transformation processes.
3.Proficient in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, along with strong database skills and familiarity with common IT solutions such as storage, backups, and operating systems.
4. Expertise with cloud-native ETL services (AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, GCP Dataflow)
5.Excellent command of SQL and various database programming languages, with strong knowledge of Snowflake and Oracle databases.
6. Experience with streaming data technologies (Kafka, Kinesis)
7.Experience with real-time data processing frameworks (Spark Streaming, Flink)
8.Experience with data marketing platforms and campaign management systems 
9.Exceptional debugging skills that ensure quality and efficiency in deliverables.
10.Proven experience in data warehousing.
11.Hands-on experience with PySpark and proficiency in either Python or UNIX shell scripting.
12.In-depth knowledge of workflow orchestration tools such as Tivoli, Tidal, or Stonebranch.
13.Strong familiarity with development methodologies and tools.
14.Contribute to design initiatives and oversee code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards.
15.Design and implement technical solutions for existing clients.
16.Capable of translating documented requirements into technical solutions and executing them within specified timelines while maintaining quality.
17.Quick to identify solutions for production failures and implement fixes.
18.Document project architecture, explain detailed designs to the team, and create both low-level and high-level designs.
19.Ability to perform mid- to complex-level tasks independently.
20.Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external clients.
21.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead or work on 1 to 2 projects involving teams of 2 to 3 members. 22.Experience in client-facing roles is essential.
23.Familiarity with version control systems (such as SVN) and project management tools (like JIRA) to streamline workflows.
24.Comprehensive understanding of both relational and non-relational databases, and the appropriate use of each type.

Education Qualification

1. Bachelor’s or Master Degree or equivalent Degree
 

Certification If Any
1. Any Basic level certification in AWS / AZURE / GCP .  AZURE Preferred.
2. Snowflake Associate / Core
