We are currently seeking an Engineering Business Leader (Tech Lead) to join our dynamic team. As the Engineering Business Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of engineers, driving the technical direction, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for driving technological innovation.
Responsibilities- Design of the main pillars that make up the technical solution
- Take responsibility for preparing a modular and flexible design that meets business requirements
- Adhere to technical requirements in user stories, thus providing input for both the IT analyst and the testing officer
- Lead the use of solutions and architectures effectively to achieve business outcomes in line with business requirements
- Support the principles of architectural governance and design the successful implementation of architectural outputs
- Contribute to the effective management of risks and problems related to the design of solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Have at least 10 to 12 years of experience in the field of IT management or in any other position related to the architecture of IT solutions
- Demonstrate the ability to report on the complexities of technical programs
- Experience IT-related competence in a secure network environment
- Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a similar related field
- Work experience following an agile methodology and using the continuous integration and installation process
- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and leading teams
- Experience in driving the technical direction and strategy of projects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
