We’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to become the technical backbone of our engineering team. As our sole Tech Lead, you’ll play a central role in shaping how we build, grow, and scale our systems, practices, and people. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves coding, mentoring, and designing systems—and wants to influence engineering at a company-wide level.

• Be the go-to technical expert, helping to set the tone for engineering excellence and leading by example through hands-on contribution.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features and initiatives—spanning both the frontend and backend—in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Partner with architects to translate architectural vision into actionable engineering plans, and ensure alignment across teams.
• Design and build core microservices and infrastructure, laying the technical foundation for our products and internal platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to turn ideas and requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Lead cross-team technical standards—defining, promoting, and enforcing best practices across code quality, design, and development workflows.
• Evaluate and deploy tools that improve developer productivity, system reliability, and team velocity.
• Act as a technical mentor and guide: support engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and day-to-day decision-making.
• Work closely with team leaders to support and elevate their technical planning and execution.

• At least 6 years of experience as a Full-Stack developer from a SaaS company.
• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Lead.
• Expert in Node.js, MongoDB, and microservices, with extensive experience in cloud architecture—including K8s, Firebase, GCP, Datadog, and similar platforms.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Independent but knows how to be professionally dominant in a team.
• Take ownership of features from frontend to backend, working in an agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Architect and build core micro-services, laying the foundation for our product and internal platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and enhance the capabilities of our systems.
