Your Impact:
- Support to execute sales strategies aimed at amplifying revenue generation within the Financial Services Industry segment with focus on digital & technology transformations in banking across GCC,
- Support to identify and initiate connections with potential clients within the FSI sector, comprehensively understanding their digital & technology requisites and offering tailored solutions,
- Create technical solutions to specific business problems and requirements within the Bank’s business strategy and considering Bank’s Enterprise Architecture,
- Provide solution in line with Agile and DevOps oriented project delivery,
- Formulate Bank’s IT strategy and provide expertise on latest digital technology,
- Guide larger DefineX digital & technical leads to shape the right solutions for banking clients, support to craft and deliver compelling sales propositions,
- Lead project deliveries across GCC, ensure client satisfaction and continuation of the technology type of work in the client account.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Demonstrated experience in a leading technical role in Consulting and Technology Leadership within the Financial Services Industry,
- Overall 15+ years of experience in the Financial Services field, in depth previous experience with Digital & Technology Consulting Companies or Leading Banks’ Technology,
- Expertise in application, data and technology component and building blocks from enterprise architecture perspective,
- Digital Delivery, Web & Mobile App Architecture, Microservices, Containerization and Integration technologies, Core Transformation, BaaS/ PaaS, Agile, Cloud, DevOps,
- Delivery Team Management Skills for complex hybrid deliveries,
- Capacity to function autonomously, effectively prioritize tasks, and proficiently manage multiple endeavors,
- Fluency in English and preferably Arabic.
