Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM) and the creation of custom applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance business processes and improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ITAM solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define system specifications for custom applications.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITAM, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
  • Develop scripts, business rules, and workflows to automate processes and improve efficiency.
  • Perform integration of ServiceNow with other systems and tools using REST, SOAP, or other integration methods.
  • Conduct thorough testing of applications and provide ongoing support and maintenance post-deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and services.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational policies.
  • Document solutions, processes, and changes for knowledge management and training purposes.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Strong expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes and best practices.
  • Proven experience in developing custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalogue.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP) and web services.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application within ServiceNow.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
