ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a hands-on and forward-thinking Tech Lead to guide and support our engineering team in delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. You are not only a skilled engineer, but also a thoughtful leader who brings structure to ambiguity, drives technical direction, and ensures alignment between engineering and product objectives.
You bring deep backend expertise (preferably in Go), strong architectural instincts, and a passion for developer experience and engineering excellence. You thrive in cross-functional environments, embrace continuous learning, and balance long-term codebase health with the urgency of product delivery.

Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions and drive sound architectural decisions across backend systems
- Guide engineers in making well-informed, scalable, and maintainable technical choices
- Own and prioritize technical debt reduction, refactoring initiatives, and codebase improvements
- Collaborate with product and engineering leads to align technical planning with business needs
- Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and technical delivery
- Diagnose and resolve production issues, championing observability and fast recovery
- Establish and uphold engineering best practices, including test coverage, CI/CD workflows, and performance monitoring
- Improve developer experience and streamline engineering workflows
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration
Qualifications & Skills
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Go in production systems
- 2+ years in a tech lead or team lead capacity, driving architecture and mentoring engineers
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL
- Proficient in Git, Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and Helm
- Experience working with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ and/or Kafka
- Basic familiarity with frontend technologies like React or Next.js
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
- Experience building secure, scalable login or identity platforms
- Deep understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT)
- Expertise in session management, federated identity, and SSO integrations
- Experience designing multi-tenant architectures with configurability and data isolation
- Delivered APIs and SDKs with developer-first documentation and onboarding
- Excellent English communication skills across technical and non-technical topics
