Job Description:

Job Description – Technical Lead – Solutions & Data Engineering
Roles & responsibilities:
 Plan, design and implement the integration and development processes with the stipulated budgets.
 Interacting with customers to get requirements & giving updates on the implementation progress
 Interacting with various teams within Agilon to deliver a particular project within quality and costs metrics
 Creating Technical Design Documents
 Technical process building and improvisations
 Active involvement in software and architectural development activities
 Conduct software analysis, code-reviews, programming, testing and debugging
 Identifying production and non-production application issues
 Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
 Should be result oriented, proactive and showing overall leadership quality
 Write quality, optimal and reusable code in an object oriented language like java
 Own the end-to-end solution design from kickoff to go live.
 Assures solutions not only are a fit for the specific purpose but also closely align with the standards
guidelines of technology solutions.
 Giving trainings to customers on various tools/features of the application
 Creating training, FAQ, Handover and Technical Design Documents that would help other teams to
troubleshoot and manage the customer after Go-Live
Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in computer science/Information Technology with 6+ Years’ experience in the relevant
field before joining the organization.
 At least 4 years of proven experience in software development/system implementations.
 Technical skills Required: Java/Python, RESTful architectures, UNIX scripting, MySQL, MongoDB, Cloud
technologies and understanding of devops pipeline
 Good knowledge of end to end SDLC
 Prior experience in customer handling, high- and low-level design analysis, team management
 Experience in Healthcare IT industry and healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM etc.) is a plus.
 Prior experience in testing techniques would be an added advantage.
 Good understanding of networking protocols such as HTTP, TCP, UDP, etc.
 Ability to use version control systems such as GIT and SVN
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and aptitude
 Good communication skills
 Should be open to learn new programming languages/technologies.
 Excellent time management and organizational skills; coordinate complex projects, meet deadlines and
manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
