Job DescriptionThe Salesforce Technical Lead role combines architecture, performance, integrations (API REST/SOAP, MuleSoft), CI/CD and team leadership. This role is aimed at an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead.

As a Salesforce Technical Lead (M/F), you hold a strategic, technical and managerial role.
- Design robust and scalable Salesforce architectures with business teams
- Optimise performance and ensure adherence to best practices
- Oversee integrations (API REST/SOAP, MuleSoft)
- Define and implement deployment strategies (CI/CD)
- Lead data migration and recovery
- Monitor the quality and timeliness of deliverables
- Mentor developers and foster skills development
- Identify risks, propose optimisations and ensure overall technical coherence
- You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school.
- Salesforce expertise: Apex, LWC, API integrations, deployments, data migration.
- Salesforce certifications: goal of 2 certifications per year.
- Mastery of SI architectures and integration tools.
- Strong leadership and ability to guide a team.
- Proactivity and ability to identify improvements and risks.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and taste for best practices.
