 Good understanding of OSI reference model

- Good understanding of ITIL Incident, Change and Problem management process.

- Should have experience in ticketing tools like BMC Remedy\ServiceNow

- Good understanding on TCP\UDP\IP Protocols

- Should have good experience on monitoring and management tools like SolarWinds\CA Spectrum\Syslog

- Strong knowledge on switching protocols like STP, VTP, Ether-channel and VPC

- Good Knowledge of Routing protocols like EIGRP\OSPF\BGP

- Hands on experience on Firewalls like Cisco ASA\FTD, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, FortiGate

- Firewall Security, networking, Firewall FortiGate, VPN ,network security,

- Hands on experience on Cisco IOS, IOS-XE and Nexus OS

- Good understanding of Site to Site and SSL VPN technologies

- Experience with medium to large IT rollout projects involving network expansions.

- Good to have knowledge on SDWAN and SDN solutions (Cisco SDWAN, Silver peak, FortiGate SDWAN, Cisco ACI)

- Experience in Forward and Reverse Proxy (F5, KEMP, Citrix, A10, Bluecoat)

- Excellent team player and take ownership, initiative of complex issues

- Excellent Troubleshooting skills.
