Key Areas of Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable, secure and high-performance network solutions including LAN, WAN, MPLS, VPN, VXLAN, ACI and cloud-based architecture
Communicate/work with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into viable network solutions.
Collaborate with business, application, security and risk team to deliver best-in-class network solutions.
Conduct Network modeling, analysis and plan to meet capacity, performance and business needs.
Develop and maintain detailed network documentation including HLD, LLD, diagram and procedure
Coordinate with counterparts, third-party service providers and vendors to procure equipment
Stay current with industry trends, technologies and standards to recommend innovation solutions.
Accountable for the delivery of a variety of concurrent projects of varying scales in cooperation with other IT departments
Assist network operations teams and all network support services for complex network issues.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field required.
10+ years of experience in network design and implementation in an enterprise-level environment, preferably in the finance sector.
Extensive experience in designing and delivering complex network projects.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of network technologies including trends across AWS and Azure Clouds.
Solid experience in network administration in LAN/MAN/WAN/SD-WAN/Cloud Network Architecture (AWS & Azure), Micro-Segmentation Firewall, Wireless LAN, VPN, IPS, WAF, SLB, Network Management, Performance Monitoring, and Automation Tools.
Proficient in Cisco ACI technology and design
Significant experience in managing network operations and services and understanding of ITIL framework.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent Communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin will be an advantage)
Certifications and experience in CCIE, Azure, and AWS would be beneficial.
