Core Mission: To act as the technical anchor for the platform. You will design
resilient technical architectures, lead an agile development pod, and ensure
flawless, automated deployments into our production environments. You are
responsible for both writing high-quality code and governing the technical
delivery standards of the team.
It’s important that anyone of
these roles are capable in Azure DevOps (ADO) and understand the Agile
Development Methodology, with the SCRUM Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical
Architecture & Development: Design
and engineer scalable, high-performance solutions using.NET and SQL
Server. Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
designs.
- Agile
& Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Agile
development teams. Run sprint ceremonies, unblock developers, and ensure
strict adherence to the "Definition of Done."
- Deployment
& Operational Governance: * Architect and manage
automated CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Configure
and deploy solutions to Virtual Machines hosting IIS.
- Represent
the development team at the Change Advisory Board (CAB), defending
technical changes and deployment plans.
- Hyper-care
& Support: Execute after-hours
production deployments and provide high-level hyper-care support to ensure
system stability during and immediately following rollout phases.
Requirements
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Deep
Technical Stack: Expert-level proficiency
in .NET development and deep, hands-on SQL Server knowledge (performance
tuning, complex querying, and schema design).
- ADO
Mastery: Exceptional understanding of Azure DevOps
(ADO) inside and out—from backlog management and sprint tracking to
configuring automated build and release pipelines.
- Infrastructure
Fluency: Strong experience deploying and managing
applications on Virtual Machines running IIS.
- Solution
Architecture: Proven ability to
conceptualize, document, and present enterprise-grade technical solution
designs.
- Communication: Ability to present technical risks confidently, mitigation,
and deployment strategies to executive stakeholders and CAB.
Skills Required
- Expert-level proficiency in .NET development
