Experience: 8-12 years in enterprise application development
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, React
- Experience with SQL DB/PostgreSQL
- Strong knowledge of API and Microservices
- Hands-on coding experience
- Entity Framework 8 (EF Core 8)
- Understanding of various AI technologies and their application in product development
- Design and Architect enterprise solutions
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance and support
- Engage in hands-on coding and development tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement enterprise applications
- Utilize AI technologies to enhance product development
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions within set timelines
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Mentor and train junior developers to enhance their skills and career growth
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience in agile development methodologies
- Certification in relevant technologies or project management
