STEP INTO THE FUTURE OF AUTOMATION
Are you ready to lead at the cutting edge of industrial automation? This is your chance to take the reins as a Lead Engineer in our Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) team — no prior AGV experience needed, just the drive to lead, grow, and innovate.
We're looking for a natural leader to guide a talented team of engineers and technicians across the Asia Pacific region. You'll play a critical role in technical execution, customer success, and team development, while pushing the boundaries of what's possible with mobile automation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO WITHIN MOBILE AUTOMATION (MA)
Lead end-to-end AGV control system projects – from upgrades to real-time customer support
Drive technical excellence across service and support initiatives
Mentor, train, and upskill engineers and technicians across the region
Own customer service technical competency and delivery standards
Champion continuous improvement in systems, servicing, and innovation
Deliver smart analytics and predictive maintenance programs
Execute both remote and on-site projects — locally and internationally
Identify and implement process and technical enhancements
WHAT YOU BRING
5+ years in Industrial Automation
Engineering degree in Controls or Mechatronics
Solid experience in project planning and delivery
Strong communicator and hands-on problem solver
Skilled in technical triage, analytics, and process improvement
