Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
- Lead end-to-end Java application development across the SDLC
- Define technical architecture and design solutions
- Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices
- Resolve complex technical and production issues
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and guide development teams
- Allocate tasks and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Support team skill development and technical growth
Domain Collaboration:
- Work closely with business stakeholders on medical insurance processes
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support UAT, enhancements, and change requests
Delivery & Quality:
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
- Coordinate with QA teams for high-quality releases
- Ensure adherence to delivery timelines and commitments
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java
- Experience with Struts framework
- Experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale applications
- Strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns
- Proven technical leadership and team management experience
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Domain Expertise:
- 4–6 years of experience in Medical / Health Insurance domain
- Understanding of insurance workflows such as:
- Policy Management
- Claims Processing
- Member Management
- Policy Management
Good to Have:
- Exposure to microservices, modern frameworks, or cloud environments
- Experience in regulated domains (insurance/healthcare)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
