Lead end-to-end SSIV execution for customer programs, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
Define and govern software branch strategy, configuration management, and software part number control for generic and customer-specific releases.
Integrate generic and customer-specific software, including bug fixes, approved scope changes, and configuration updates.
Drive system integration, performing hands-on troubleshooting, log analysis, and root cause investigation across HW/SW systems.
Lead defect triage and critical issue resolution in collaboration with development teams; ensure proper classification (SW/HW/config/tooling).
Required Skills:
8–12+ years of experience
Experience in C++/Java Programming
Experience in Python or Selenium
Experience in automation testing (functional & non-functional) and test frameworks
Experience in system integration, performing hands-on troubleshooting, log analysis, and root cause investigation across HW/SW systems ( Software deployment on hardware )
Experience with software development and system-level debugging
Deep knowledge of Linux/Unix/Android systems Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, Ethernet) and databases (e.g., MySQL)
Experience with configuration management, software branching strategies, and release management Expertise in defect management tools (JIRA, ClearQuest) and Agile methodologies
Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot HW/SW issues, and identify system-level defects.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field
- 8 to 12 years of experience
- Expertise in common test practices (Automation, Functional & Non-Functional tests)
- Deep knowledge of Unix/Linux/Android systems
- Deep knowledge of Ethernet networks
- Familiarity with common system weaknesses (race conditions, synchronization problems)
- Experience in the aerospace industry preferred
