What You’ll Do:

  • Hands-on Technical Leadership: As a Technical Lead II, you're a hands-on technical leader. Your role will amplify the capabilities of your team, building on the latest AI/ML system best practices. Your quick adaptation and implementation of clear direction will foster a strong, innovative team environment. Your role involves leading and mentoring a team of engineers,providing strategic project directions, and embodying the core values of our engineering team.
  • Navigate New AI Landscapes: You'll dive deep into the world of language models and their applications, bringing hands-on experience from working with large-scale, data-intensive applications or ML systems. Your curiosity will drive you to explore and integrate cutting-edge technologies to enhance the Copilot’s performance, including prompt engineering, OSS LLM Stack, fine-tuning, LangChain-like agents, RAG and Vector/Semantic DBs.
  • Bridge Gaps: With a forward-looking approach, you'll be instrumental in integrating existing systems with the next-gen AI technologies, focusing on areas that make our AI systems effective for our business, such as conversational context and memory management, personalized prompts and continuous feedback loops for LLM finetuning.
